I've been in the book business since 1968, the year I opened the groundbreaking Aquarian Age Bookstore in Baltimore, MD. I have had several other shops since then, including the New World Astrology Center in Ventura, CA, and The White Cloud in Gainesville, FL. I am proud now to be a part of the TomFolio Book Co-Op, and to be making available the extensive collection of books my partner, Kristine, and I have gathered together over the years.

A personal note: Gyanarthi is the name given to me by Osho Rajneesh in 1978. Bennett Hoffman is my birth name - I use both names these days. Bennett/Gyanarthi is my online play-space, come say hello.

I follow IOBA guidelines for grading and take great pains to describe the appearance of each book as clearly and accurately as possible. Definitions of descriptive terms can be found at www.ioba.org/terms.

In most cases, I have posted a photo/scan of each item. No stock photos are used. Please note that the imprint "GYANARTHIBOOKS" appears only on the photo, not the book.
